Item جريمة غسيل الأموال وعلاجها من منظور الفقه الإسلامي(CRP, Center for Research and Publication, 2020) الرحمن, مفيضThe phenomenon of money laundering is consideredas one of the most complex socio-economic phenomena - created by the tremendous developments in the field of information and communication technology - which has become a great concern in the current economic world because it is difficult to maintain transparency in the handling of huge illegal fund and avoid problems created by it. Money laundering process aims at either hiding the malicious money or orevading the law or making the amount white through different means. In this way, money laundering creates negative impacts on the economy, on the development and even on the social behaviors significantly. For treating the problem and eliminating it, we need to focus on studying the matter deeply from economic point of view, and on the process of legal adaptation. This article is an attempt to deal with the issue in the light of Quran and Sunnah in order to prove that it is not possible to get rid of this malicious phenomenon except applying the teachings of Islamic instructions.Item التأثير السلبي للمسلسلات الهندية على مجتمع بنغلاديش: الأخلاق والأسرة(CRP, Center for Research and Publication, 2020-12) زاهد, خنمIndian serials are the most popular form of entertainment in Bangladesh, enjoyed by a large section of the common people. Young, old and even children are interested in watching these serials. They try to emulate it in their daily life. These serials represent the Hindu culture that affects various aspects of the lives of the people of Bangladesh. It is constantly destroying our values, beliefs and traditions. Bangladeshi channels are not aired in India but Indian channels are widely aired in Bangladesh. Its negative impact is the main cause of social degradation. Unfortunately, suicide, family violence and divorce are increasing at a significant rate day by day. But the government has no awareness about this, which has engulfed the entire society. The researcher has presented the dire situation and real picture of people who watch Indian serialsthrough the presentation of findings of a survey.Item الهزيمة النفسية: أثرها وخطرها على الدعوة الإسلامية(CRP, Center for Research and Publication, 2020-12) جلال, محمد شاهThe mental determination is a key ingredient to the success of Islamic call (dawah). It encouragespeople to work and prepare themselves to play their roles and to think with firmness, bravery and consistency no matter how complicated the situation is. So, they will be steadfast and ready to sacrifice everything for the sake of Islam. On the contrary, frustration crashes human energies and capacities from inside. As a result, they do not want to work and struggle for Islam. They surrender to the enemies of Islam without any resistance. On the other hand, the enemies of Islam are serious and tryin different ways to infuse frustration and inferiority complex among the Muslims.They spread false accusationsagainst Islam and torture its followers to stop their activities of promoting or calling to Islam. In this adverse situation, the preachers of Islam must be prepared spiritually as well as materially. The article aims to address the aforementioned issue and discuss the concept of inferiority complex among Muslims with its causes, dangers and solutions etc. in the light of Islam.Item القيادة من منظار الإسلام(CRP, Center for Research and Publication, 2020-12) أحمد, صابرLeadership plays a prominent role in Islamic society as well as in the entire human society. Islam cannot be imagined without leadership, which is indicated by many texts of the holy Quran and Sunnah.But its problem originated in ancient times in human society with the beginning of collective interaction, development the science and technologyand distribution of power among individuals and multiple groups. All these have affected the development of the concept of leadership and its change through the ages. This development is a manifestation of the evolution of the human mind and the various human tendencies. The current era believes in leaders who work for the benefit of humanity. What is required of the leadership is that it always works for the human side and achieves production. The leadership bases its decisions on the scientific method that keeps pace with the developments of the times. In this article, we present the meaning of leadership, both linguistically and idiomatically, the factors that led to the change of the concept of leadership in the current era, and the special features of this concept, its types, elements, conditions and directives of Islam and its thinkers on the subject of leadership. We also talk about leadership positions in Islam and their conditions, features and responsibilities.Item جمع القرآن في عهد عثمان: دراسة تحليلية(CRP, Center for Research and Publication, 2020-12) الندوي, عطاء الرحمنThe issue of collecting the Qur' an is a fundamental and sensitive issue. The Holy Qur' an was compiled during the reigns of the first Caliph Abu Bakr AI- Siddiq (R) and the third Caliph Uthman bin Affan (R}.But in the present world, the enemies of Islam and its opponents - the Shiites and orientalists - have been challenging the process of collecting the Qur'an during the era of Uthman. The researcher has made an attempt to refute the suspicions and false allegations responding to them with irrefutable and convincing evidence. For this purpose, the researcher has pointed out the procedure of collecting the Noble Qur'an during the life of Prophet Mohammad (SM), Abu Bakr (R)and Uthman(R).Item نظرية تاريخية النص الديني والرد عليها في ضوء قاعدة "العبرة بعموم اللفظ، لا بخصوص السبب"(CRP, Center for Research and Publication, 2020-12) الحق, حسين محمد نعيمThe research paper aims at studying the theory of the historicism and its basic determinants in Western thought with a view to refuting this theory in the light of the jurisprudential rule of "the meaning of an Islamic text understands through the generalized meaning of its words, not the specific reason it was revealed upon". The researcher makes an attempt to clarify the points of agreement and disagreement between Islamic and Western thoughts regarding this theory, and to look for the extent of its application to the Text of Holy Quran and Sunnah. The researcher relied on several scientific methods, including the inductive, analytical and critical method, and reached to the conclusion that Historicism with its Western intellectual determinants is not appropriate to apply on Islamic texts, because it opposes the fundamental determinants of Islamic thought.Item مزاعم المستشرقين حول الآية القرانية" اثنتي عشرة أسباطَ" والرد عليها(CRP, Center for Research and Publication, 2020-12) الإسلام، محمد نورThe Holy Quran was revealed to the Prophet Mohammad (SM). Some orientalists claim that some verses of the Holy Quran were written in violation of the grammatical rules of the Arabic language. They claimed this because of their ignorance of the grammatical rules. Allah (SWT) challenges, "And if you are in any doubt about what we have sent down upon our servant then produce a surah like thereof and call upon your witnesses other than Allah, if you should be truthful but if you do not and you will never be able to." (Baqarah:23-24) This paper adopts the methods of literary criticism, emphasizing descriptive, historical, analytical and comparative, dialectic methods to explore the base of suspicion of the oriental scholars. He contributed a lot for development of Bengali Literature through poems, short stories, novels etc. He is reputed for his poetic book 'SonaliKabin'. In the early years, he wrote poems and stories on woman and love etc. while he was an atheist. He continued to produce literature demonstrating his faith in Islam since 1974 undergoing criticism of progressive group. Because Allah SWT has commanded the general Muslims to resort to the scholars if they need to know anything about the rules of the Islam. Thus, Muslims began to be keen to ask questions to muftis and scholars in all successive ages, even if they arrived in the modern era in which the field of transactions expanded locally and globally and many new issues have appeared that were not before. As the sources of fatwas came out from mosques, madrasahs, and the Islamic institution and entered to satellite channels, via the Internet, and on the pages of newspapers and magazines, so the number of fatwas increased due to the large number of modern calamities and the number of muftis increased in the Islamic society. The contradiction and differences in Fatwas appear largely because of easiness of delivery of fatwa over electronic media, some of which contradict the established rules of Islamic Sharia. The research deals with this phenomenon because it is an important issue in Islam. Moreover, the inconsistency and confusion in the fatwa creates divisions and leaves clear traces of discord and disagreement among Muslims. The research aims to clarify this issue by defining the concept of the fatwa, its status and rule, identifying the conflict of the fatwa through electronic media and its negative effects in the Muslim society, and explaining the ways to treat it in the light of the teachings of Islam.
