Altafur Rahman, bearing Matric ID. ET163038 of session Autumn 2020Modern World Is An Age Of Science And Invention, And One Of The Most Significant Factors Is Automation. Automation Includes Increased Production Rates And Efficiency, More Efficient Material Utilization, Far Superior Item Quality, Improved Safety, Shorter Workweeks For Work, And Decreased Factory Lead Times. Automation Is A Requirement In Bangladesh's Industries, Where PLC Is Widely Used. So, In Order To Stay Familiar With This Technology, We Decided To Work On A PLC-Based Project. It Is Learned From Our Industrial Visits That Delays In Production Result In A Significant Financial Loss. Because Power Outage Is An Issue In Bangladesh, Moving To A Different Power Source Is A Method To Reduce This Loss. So We Created A Project That Would Overcome The Real World Problem Of Manual Switching Of Power Sources As Well As The Problems Of Automatic Switching, And This Idea Symbolizes An Approach That Involves Quickly Connecting Electrical Users To A Backup Electric Power Source. The Basic Concept Behind This Project Is To Feed Electricity From Multiple Sources, Which We Have Successfully Implemented By Utilizing Three Power Sources: Main Supply, Generator, And Battery Source. As A Result, In The Event Of A Primary Power Source Failure Or Interruption, The System Will Quickly Switch To The Next Available Power Supply, Using The Parameters Specified By Programming. Since It Is Automated It Reduces The Cost Of The Manually Switching And Improves The Reliability Of The System. It Also Detects Phase Failure Which Increases The Protection Of SystemDesign And Implementation Of A Plc-Based Automatic Power Changeover System With Phase Failure DetectionThesis
