To cope with this development, the country urgently requires the development of women entrepreneurship, for the fact that entrepreneurial ability needs to be cultivated through training and creation of economic climate that can force the attention of policy makers towards entrepreneurship as the desirable and manageable route to economic development through a collective force. The findings reveal that women entrepreneurs are facing severe problems in marketing and suffering from inadequate linking support in addition to common family related problems. The present study has examined how Chittagong Women Entrepreneurs (CWE) is helping women entrepreneurs in their development.
