Abstract
Smart farming is a management concept focused on providing the agricultural industry
with the infrastructure to leverage advanced technology – including big data, the cloud
and the internet of things (IoT) and GSM – for tracking, monitoring, automating and
analysing operations. In this part, we present a system where various kinds of sensors
are used to measure the temperature, humidity and food level. Our structure will
provide the exact food level of the farm, keep the balanced temperature and auto clean
the wastage of the farm. There are two input sensors such as Sonar sensor, Digital
Humidity & Temperature sensor, are connected to the microcontroller (Arduino UNO)
as input and Sim 800l, Servo & Water pump is connected to the output which will be
automatically turned on and turned off with the demand of the system. We can see the
result in LCD display and it will send a notification call to our cell phone through GSM
Module. The outcome of this study will improve the farm’s management practices
through the integration of IoT technology that can remotely monitor the Farm.
